About Us

Established in 1955, the Federal Nigeria Society for the Blind (FNSB) has been a beacon of hope for visually impaired individuals in Nigeria for 70 years. As a pioneering non-governmental, non-profit, and voluntary organization, FNSB is committed to breaking down the barriers that limit the potential of people living with visual impairment.

For 7 decades, FNSB has been a leading organization in West Africa, providing reorientation, rehabilitation, and training for the visually impaired. It has championed human rights advocacy, education, and empowerment, earning recognition.
